How we work

The same order on every project, whether it is a walkway or an addition.
- 01

We walk the property with you, measure, and look at grade, drainage and what is under the surface before talking finishes.
- 02
Written scope
You get a clear scope in writing: what comes out, what goes in and how it will be built. Changes are agreed in writing too.
- 03
Foundation first
Base, structure and water management come before anything you will see. It is the part that decides how long the job lasts.

Questions homeowners ask
Not here? Call or text us a photo.
How soon can I drive on new concrete?
Walk on it after a day. Park on it after about 7 days. Keep heavy trucks off for 28 days.
Do I need a permit in Brookhaven?
A new or wider driveway apron needs a Town highway permit. Bigger structural work needs a building permit. We file it for you.
Stamped concrete or pavers?
Both last decades on a good base. Pavers can be lifted and reset. Stamped is one solid surface. We recommend after seeing your yard.
Can you pour in winter?
Yes, above freezing, with blankets and heated water. Most driveways are poured March through early December.
Why did my old concrete crack or sink?
Usually a weak base or water underneath. We remove it, fix the base and drainage, then pour new.
Do you do more than concrete?
Yes. Kitchens, baths, basements, roofing, siding and additions, with the same crew and one written quote.
Which towns do you serve?
Centereach, Selden, Lake Grove, Coram, Farmingville, Stony Brook, Port Jefferson Station, Mount Sinai, Miller Place, St. James, Smithtown, Ronkonkoma, Holbrook and Medford.
